EnjoyYourWorld.com is a community networking service that provides information and services to travellers and allows members to create and share personal on line pages and content (collectively, the “Services”)
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH EnjoyYourWorld OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE (the "Site").
This site is fully controlled and operated by EnjoyYourWorld (referred to below as "EnjoyYourWorld"). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms of use. Please read this carefully. The terms of use refers to all users, both a visitor or a member. If you do not agree to these terms, please do discontinue your use of the Services. You must read these terms and conditions and indicate your acceptance during the registration process, if you want to become a member. The terms and conditions include the conduct for use of the Site and Services and the EnjoyYourWorld Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that EnjoyYourWorld reserves the right to charge for the EnjoyYourWorld Services and change its fees in its discretion. Changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon their posting. You expressly understand and agree that EnjoyYourWorld shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages as a result of using this site, including but not limited to consequential damages of using the information published at this site and links used at this site.
EnjoyYourWorld does not guarantee the correctness of the information published at this site, quality of the services offered through this site, and in particular is at no time responsible for your safety and wellbeing during the time of your travel. Although a destination is mentioned in the EnjoyYourWorld site this does not mean that it will be safe to travel to. EnjoyYourWorld urges you to be your own judge and determine if it is safe or wise to travel to any destination in the world. We will not and can not accept any liability or responsibility for any mischief, damage, any other loss, injuries or death resulting from use of any content posted on the EnjoyYourWorld site.
Your use of this site and its contents is at your sole risk. EnjoyYourWorld expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to correctness of information supplied, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. EnjoyYourWorld makes no warranty that the information will meet your requirements, the results that may be obtained from the use of this site will be accurate or reliable, the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through this site will meet your expectations. CONDUCT REQUIRED FOR USE OF THE SERVICES
EnjoyYourWorld welcomes members to describe and share their travel experiences and actively engage in discussion forums. Please choose carefully what information you post on EnjoyYourWorld. It is a condition of your use of the Services that you do not:
1. post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive , obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent (including any nudity) information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law. Users shall not post content that encourages or provides instructional activities about illegal activities. Users shall not post or transmit comments of a purely political or religious nature. You agree that you will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose. Users shall not post content that contains restricted or password only access pages/images or hidden pages/images. EnjoyYourWorld at its sole and absolute discretion, shall determine whether any information transmitted or received violates this.
2. post or transmit comments containing harassing or offensive language, including sexual references, racial slurs or deliberately offensive comments
3. engage in disruptive activities online, including excessive use of scripts, or use viruses, bots, worms or trojan horses or post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component
4. post or transmit any information, software or other material which violates or infringes the rights of others, including material which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right , without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder
5. post, transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes or which contains advertising
6. not disclose the password to any third party or use an account, name or password of another member. Members are entirely responsable for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and use of their account.
7. solicit other users to join, become members of, or contribute money to any online service or other organization, advocate or attempt to get users to join in legal or illegal schemes or plan or participate in scams involving other users
8. impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your professional or other affiliation with any person or entity
9. resell, redistribute, broadcast or transfer the information or use the information
10. use the Services to collect personally identifying information about users of the Services in violation of the EnjoyYourWorld Privacy Policy
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site software, designs, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material and trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of EnjoyYourWorld. EnjoyYourWorld may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the membership of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
YOU GRANT EnjoyYourWorld A LICENSE TO THE CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
By submitting content to EnjoyYourWorld, through member traveller input pages, pictures, message boards, forums and contests, you grant EnjoyYourWorld and its affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to worldwide use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, communicate and distribute the content and create derivative works on and trough the EnjoyYourWorld Services.
You warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above. You also warrant that the content you post on EnjoyYourWorld does not violate the privacy rights and copyrights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees or any other money you own to any person as a result of posting on EnjoyYourWorld. You also permit anyone to access, display, view, store and reproduce such content for personal use. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such content placed on EnjoyYourWorld retains all rights that may exist in such content.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT POSTED BY MEMBERS:
EnjoyYourWorld is not responsible for the content posted by EnjoyYourWorld members such as Travel input pages and forum discussions. The opinions and views expressed by EnjoyYourWorld members do not necessarily represent those of EnjoyYourWorld and EnjoyYourWorld does not vouch for the content of such page(s). The EnjoyYourWorld Site provide users an opportunity to post and/or exchange information, experiences, and opinions in Travel input pages and forum discussions, Please be advised that EnjoyYourWorld has no obligation to monitor the content. EnjoyYourWorld however reserves the right to edit, delete, or refuse to submitted content. EnjoyYourWorld reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law or governmental request.

You hereby irrevocably waive any claim against us with respect to third-party sites. Thus, under no circumstances will EnjoyYourWorld be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or special loss or other damage caused by these third party hyperlinked sites.
EnjoyYourWorld cannot ensure that you will be satisfied with any products or services that you obtain from a third-party site that links to or from EnjoyYourWorld, since such sites are owned and operated by third parties. EnjoyYourWorld has not taken any steps to confirm the accuracy or reliability of any of the information contained on such third-party sites. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EnjoyYourWorld, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of The Netherlands and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within The Netherlands. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the Agreement will be deemed curtailed to the extent necessary to make it legal and enforceable and will remain, as modified, in full force and effect.
