About Ivory Coast
Cote d'Ivoire or Ivory Coast is a country that is mostly flat with lush green hills and mountains in northwest. Most of the inhabitants live along the sandy coastal region. Cote d'Ivoire has four main rivers that however are not navigable: the Comoe, the Bandaman, the Sassandra formed in the National Reserve of Mount Sanbge and the Cavally. The town of Man in the west of the country, lies in a region of forested mountains with nearby waterfalls, and is a popular tourist destination.
