The Village Helmeringhausen is a tiny Village with a Hotel and Coffee Shop. A General Dealer selling from hand printed T-shirts to medicine. A filling station with a workshop doing repairs to almost anything under the sun. There is also a post office. It must be one of the shortest tarred roads of 500 m in the world so that visitors can see you are in a village…It is a gathering place for farmers of the surrounding community since the German Colonial times and tennis was the official sports been played on Saturdays.Located 85km north of Bethanie where the C 13 from Aus meet the C14 on the way to Maltahohe.
