About Malaysia

Malaysia consists of two geographical regions divided by the South China Sea: West Malaysia or Peninsular Malaysia that borders Thailand and is connected by a causeway and a bridge on the south with Singapore; and east Malaysia the northern and western part of the island of Bornea, with its dense jungles of Sabah and Sarawak.

Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia and one of the most modern cities in Asia. With its business centre, bustling streets of Chinatown and its landmark Petronas Twin Towers, one of the tallest buildings in the world, Kuala Lumpur is a real experience for travellers enjoying city life. 13 Kilometres north of Kuala Lumpur are the famous Batu Caves, a series of tall limestone caves, which are interesting for its stalagmites and stalactites and the Hindu shrines.
