Nicaragua has an extraordinary landscape with several active volcanoes in the Pacific Lowlands like the Volcán Momotombo, the North-Central Mountains and the Mosquito Coast with large rainforests and several large rivers like the San Juan and the Rio Grande. The Caribbean coastline has many lagoons and the Pacific coast is particularly attractive to surfers. The capital Managua is a unique city in that it still has no street names or addresses.
