About Oslo
Oslo is the capital of Norway, its largest city and its main port. The city is laid out in an arc shape at the northern end of the Oslofjord and surrounded by green hills and mountains. There are 40 islands within the city limits, the largest being Malmøya and 343 lakes, the largest being Maridalsvannet. Oslo has many parks and open areas, giving it an open and nature like appearance. Oslo is definitely worth while your visit with its many historical museums and sights and an exciting nightlife.
