About Leamington

Leamington is the most southern town in all of Canada, located on the shores of Lake Erie, geographically as far south as Rome. It is the number 2 tourist destination in Ontario after Niagara Falls. Birders come here to visit Point Pelee National park where every spring enormous flocks of all kinds of birds find a resting place during their migration up north, on the shallow waters of Lake Erie delivering an abundance of food. The Leamington area is also known as the tomato and fruit capital of Canada and famous for its first class wineries.
