About Sydney
Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales and the most populous city in Australia. It is a truly cosmopolitan city where immigrants from all over the world have contributed to its rich and diverse culture. It has grown into an important financial center in the Asia Pacific region with a central business district of densely packed skyscrapers dominating the city’s skyline. Perhaps best known is its harbor district with the famous Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.
