About Falkland Islands

The Falkland Islands are an archipelago in the South-west Atlantic Ocean consisting of isolated and sparsely populated islands. The islands remain the subject of a sovereignty dispute between Britain and Argentina.

Islanders themselves talk about two main areas of the islands, namely Stanley (the capital city) and the rest, which they nickname "the Camp". One of the main attractions  of the islands is the wildlife with pinguins that breed there in millions.
